Originally based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, our ancestors were part of the Valluvar caste, known for their devotional practices and sacred duties to Lord Shiva. Over the centuries, our family has preserved and practiced the art of Nadi astrology, ensuring that this ancient wisdom is faithfully passed down through the generations.

Our unique heritage includes the original palm leaf manuscripts of Nadi astrology, which have been meticulously preserved under our family’s supervision. These ancient texts, which were carefully maintained even when they were transferred to the Saraswathi Mahal Library during British rule, are central to our practice. The manuscripts, initially in Sanskrit, were translated into Tamil by our ancestors who were highly proficient in both languages. This rich tradition of Nadi predictions has been diligently upheld, starting with our great-grandfather Arul Thiru Ekambaram, followed by our grandfather Arul Thiru Swami Sachidhanandam, and later by our father Arul Thiru Arumugam.
